Order of Malta Donors for Projects
The Order of Malta Donors for Projects – OMDP is the Sovereign Military Order of Malta’s Foundation in charge of funding international projects, developing, supporting, and monitoring activities which help to spread its mission and values. The establishment of OMDP was shared with HMEH the Prince and Grand Master and the Sovereign Council at the meeting of 5th February 2024.
The purpose of the Foundation is to support S.M.O.M. entities that wish to structure and develop humanitarian projects in their respective countries (or third countries). OMDP provides grants to these S.M.O.M. entities or the development of their proposed activities
The humanitarian projects must fall within the values of Tuitio Fidei and Obsequium Pauperum and can include actions in different areas: health, social, economic, education, professional training, employment, women empowerment, etc.
